#2019Recap

Tuesday, December 31, 2019

Another year has passed and it turned out to be an emotional trainwreck despite my travelventures. From the loss of a family member to bidding farewells to loved ones, it’s been heavy yet I happily survived. ;”) Everything seemed like blessings in disguise with these whir of events.Hence, lets cheers to the ones that I got!

10.Adulting 101.I’ve returned to one of my fav destinations last March as an OFW(Overseas Filipino Worker)—-like wtf? lol joke!At some point, it still doesn’t sink in to me that I’m already a worker abroad but adulting has definitely paved in my way. I never thought that I’ve survived majority of this year being domesticated, paying house bills and taking care of myself independently. It sure was daunting but hey,did you die? NO.Keep calm and carry on!

9.by order of the PEAKY BLINDERS

Tommy Shelby is my newest fictional crush after Christian Grey ;p I dislike British/crime drama but this show (which first aired in 2013) just caught me now! I find it interesting having a world war setting, whiskeys, cigars and some kinky-fuckery business; plus the romance between Tommy & Grace is such a thrill 😍

8. Temporary Farewells. The whole February to early March became my “not so despedida” events to my loved ones—why “not so”? because I believe that I will return within the year! Though, I’m very grateful to those who made time to see me at that moment and they’re even the ones who’ve stayed in touch with me when I got to Londres! at lagi kong nasasabi na nakakataba kayo ng heart to the point that it cures my homesickness.Maraming salamat! ❤️

(11DEC19)Thus,here I am back in Manila just in time to celebrate to celebrate ze holidays!Nothing beats home, definitely.❤️

7. Boracay.

I’m never a beach lover but I took this family vacay to savour the heat and vitamin sea before going to London. Truly, there’s no better sunshine than in the Philippines! Well done with the 6-month cleaning brigade hereπŸ‘πŸ»

6. The House of Inchmery. (03SEP19) .

Halloween 2019,Onesie theme

We all used to be strangers from different flats and places in the PH but after our hangout in Lavender farm,we got close and decided to live in one fine victorian house.I’m thankful to have them as my housemates from after-duty drinks to karaoke madness. It felt like living in the house of Big Brother :))

5. Scotland vs Northern Ireland.

I got to travel to 2 of UK’s sub-countries during my long day-offs; Both are quiet and serene but if given the chance, I prefer going back to the wizarding country of Scots!Click on the pics to read my travel story :)

4. Winter Wonder-Japan.

My always first trip brought me to taste snow in Mt Fuji, anime lovin’ in Akihabara and shopping in downtown Shibuya. There’s never a dull visit in this “Land of the Rising Sun”—and perhaps, I’ll never get tired writing a travel blog about it.Haha! ;p

3. Spice Up Your Life.

My first concert that I watched here in UK belongs to my fav childhood girl group ❤️ Somehow, it was also a perfect reward for me ‘cause that happened a few weeks after I got my nurse license.^^ They’ve aged and incomplete but their performances still rocked! Viva forever, ladies ❤️

2. #itmustbeUK.

My plot twist in 2019 and it still has been “surreal...but nice” ;p London is fantasy turned into reality. I got my license to work, met new amazing people, went to places that I never thought that I would visit ‘em again and gained new life experiences the british way. I’m true to myself that I did prolonged my application before I accept to be deployed yet I have no regrets! We all go to our paths in God’s perfect time ;”) I will post more London stories in the long run!

1. My birthday in the Schengen zone.

Ironically, prior to settling in Europe, I kept saying that Paris and Rome are so mainstream that I’d rather visit them the least. Consequently, it became my first Euro cities to travel on my birthmonth!πŸ˜‚ Nevertheless, I’m grateful that I’ve toured it with my family and I sure can’t wait to be back soon! Both cities made my trip so special leading me to fine arts and medieval ancestries ❤️

...and the memories bring back you! Nothing but Maroon 5 just fitted this blog entry so well, haha. Likewise, thank you to those who’ve been reading my blog entries for the past decade! I will continue to write as long as I have the time plus more travel stories to come.^^
